Brazilian Collection

The Brazilian collection is defined by the unique cover materials reminding one of the  lush tropical rainforests of Brazil.   They feature beautiful textures, organic materials, and one of a kind bindings and enclosures.

The Brazilian Collection books are bound using a smyth sewn binding.   With the Smyth Sewn binding, the pages are folded, sewn and glued into the binding.  This allows the books to lay flat when viewing, which makes it fantastic for panoramic images.  It also offers superior durability, and we offer a lifetime guarantee on the binding and manufacturing to back that up.

Rio: The Rio book is bound using a hand-made textured paper cover.   The cover closes using a sliding enclosure, and cover flap that wraps the entire book.

The Rio can pages can be printed on any of our five different paper stocks, including the press printed matte stock, cream or white felt, the white linen, or our recycled stock.

Recife: The Recife book features a bamboo cover and spine.  The cover material is a woven mat of bamboo, while the spine incorporates an actual piece of bamboo custom cut to fit the book.

The cover also has the option to include a debossed cover image.  The cover image can be placed anywhere on the front cover, and is then debossed to create an indentation or matting effect.
