German Collection

The German Collection is confident, bold and sleek.  It features printed and matte laminated covers, and has one of the most modern feels with unique covers and enclosures.

The book covers have a contemporary look with a fully printed cover.  The cover layouts wrap from the front cover all the way around the entire book.   This provides you with a giant canvas to create a completely unique cover layout. The covers are printed on a scuff resistant, matte cover, with a UV laminate to protect it.

The German Collection is bound using a smyth sewn binding.   With the Smyth Sewn binding, the pages are folded, sewn and glued into the binding.  This allows the books to lay flat when viewing, which makes it fantastic for panoramic images.  It also offers superior durability, and we offer a lifetime guarantee on the binding and manufacturing to back that up.

Munich: The Munich book is defined by the magnetic cover enclosure.   This additional cover flap on the right side of the cover, uses a hidden magnet to elegantly close and finish the book.  Your cover layout starts on the right side, on the front spine area, and wraps around the front  cover, across the back spine, and onto the back cover, meeting the front spine.  This layout gives you a great way to showcase panoramic images over the entire spread, or use multiple images across the entire layout.

Berlin: The Berlin book has a unique three panel cover.  The front cover opens like a normal book to the left, and this is followed by an inside cover that opens to the right.  It’s almost like unwrapping a present when you view the book.    The cover layout wraps from that first front cover, across the left spine, onto the back cover, across a front spine, and then onto the inside front cover.   This gives you the opportunity to again use a panoramic image to wrap the entire cover, or you can use three separate images for each panel, or even include text or other elements on the inside panel.
